We worked with the best young salesman Sam (Lucky) for couple of weeks via email and when we arrived at 5:00 on a Friday night we were out the door for the exact price quoted within 2 hours. The best experience we have had buying a car and would recommend anyone looking for a Subaru to go see Sam in Livermore.
He was very helpful without the standard high pressure tactics we found at other dealerships. Livermore was the first dealership we stopped at and after going to the other bay area dealerships and finding the sales people to be arrogant and pushy we contacted Sam again. We negotiated the price via email, set a time and 2 hrs later we were driving back to San Jose in our new Outback. You were great Sam.
